After sending your event invite, track RSVP form responses in Google Forms or Google Sheets.
Google Forms:

• Navigate to “Responses > Summary” and view chart summaries of your form responses.
• Navigate to “Question” to view user responses based on the form question of interest

Google Sheets:

• Navigate to “Responses” in your Google Form and select “View in Sheets” to open your form’s linked spreadsheet, which will track each timestamped response.
• Click “Share” and provide editor or viewer permissions to anyone who needs to access the form results.
• Download the sheet as a CSV file to keep a record of responses.

When you're ready to send your event reminder campaign, download the RSVP responses & filter for all who RSVP'd as attending. 

Duplicate your event invite iFOLIO page, and adjust the copy to remind viewers about your upcoming event. When your duplicated page is ready to be sent as a reminder, publish it to the campaign library. Use the RSVP responses to create your campaign list, and send a reminder campaign.

Include information in the text message and/or email campaign reminding attendees of the event details.

Share analytics and RSVP findings with team members to keep everyone informed and prepared for the event. Follow up with viewers based on their responses to maximize attendance.

Use campaign analytics to filter out which viewers opened the event reminder, and optionally send a drip campaign to those who did not open the reminder iFOLIO page.
