Create a New iFOLIO Using the Event Template
Select the 'Event' template to get started. iFOLIO provides a pre-set, mobile-responsive template to make creating event pages simple. You can rearrange & modify content if desired.
Change the Banner & Avatar Images
Click the add image button (located in the avatar circle and the bottom right corner of the banner) and use the Media Library to Upload or Select images for the header and avatar. You can also click the crop button to resize your images if needed.
Change Block Colors
Click the palette icon on the right side of the block toolbar. Use the Color Picker to change block and text colors to match company or event branding. Colors can be selected from saved account colors, basic colors, or customized using the color picker or by adding the hex color code.
Add and Edit Text Content
Use the iFOLIO Text Editor to add information about your event. In the text editor bar, you can easily customize font, weight, color, padding, and more.
Add An Image or Video About the Event or Company
In the preexisting block, click the add image button in the placeholder image to open the media library. Select an image from the library, upload an image or video link, and select it to add to the page. You can use the Media Cropper tool to resize an image to better fit by clicking the crop icon.
Add & Customize a Call-to-Action Button
Type in the text box what you want your button to say. Select your text and click 'Button' in the text editor bar. This will create your button. Select the button text to open the Button editor, where you can adjust color, padding, border, roundness, and button link URL. Add your link by pasting the appropriate URL in the URL field. Press 'Update' to apply your changes.
Add or Remove Extra Content
While the preset template has designated blocks for content, you can add or remove extra blocks as necessary. If you need more content, you can add more blocks with the duplicate block icon in the block toolbar or the add block button at the bottom of the page. Select from various block layouts using the layout button in the block toolbar. Rearrange Blocks using the drag-and-drop editor by clicking and dragging the move icon on the left side of the block toolbar.
Embed a Map, Form, or other content with HTML
Using the HTML Editor, you can embed a map showing the location of your event, a form for sign-ups, or other interactive content by pasting HTML code in the field.

Link Socials and Add Contact Info
The bottom blocks on the event page template include a space for social links and a space for contact information. To add social media links, paste the links into the fields below the social media icons (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn). If you don't use one of these platforms, leave the field blank. The iFOLIO platform will automatically hide unused icons that don't have a link attached. Next, fill out the contact block at the bottom of the page with an image and contact information so visitors can reach you if needed.
View Analytics to Measure Landing Page Performance
Once your page is published, you can click on the Analytics icon in the top bar of the iFOLIO editor to open the analytics page. Here you can find statistics for your Event Page such as Views, Devices, Session Time, Shared Stats, Heatmaps of Interest, Clicks on Links, and more!
