An Overview of the Administrative Dashboard

iFOLIO Administrator Dashboard: What's Included?
Administrators have the capability to access an administrative dashboard that helps to manage workflows, content, and users. Here's what's included.
1. Accessing the Admin Dashboard
When you log in to iFOLIO, you may already be in the edit view of an iFOLIO page.
To return to the admin panel, simply click the “Back to Admin” button in the top bar of the editor. This will open the Admin Dashboard that is only accessible for users with manager level access.

2. What Dashboards are Available to Managers?
As an administrator, you’ll have access to up to 6 different dashboards with unique functions. We’ll cover each of these as they appear from left to right in the main dashboard.
Analytics
The analytics dashboard is where you can find the account-level analytics. Here you can see several different categories of analytics across your organization.

Campaigns
The campaigns dashboard is where administrators can build and schedule or send campaigns. This is also where you’ll find the analytics for those campaigns once they have been sent.
The Campaigns dashboard is broken up into 4 tabs:

Sub-Accounts
If your license includes multiple business units or sub-accounts, you will also have a tab to access each sub-account.

Users
The user dashboard is where you can see each user registered in your account. Here you can add and manage users, and view and manage iFOLIOs within each user.
