How to Onboard New Users in iFOLIO
Create new iFOLIO Cloud users individually or in bulk and automatically onboard via email or text message.

Step 1: Creating Users
Creating Users Individually
1. From the iFOLIO Admin Dashboard, click "Users" in the Top navigation bar.
2. Fill in User Information (First Name, Last Name, Email, etc.) in the provided fields.
3. Click Save to create the new user.
Creating Users In Bulk
1. From the iFOLIO Admin Dashboard, click "Users" in the top navigation bar. From the left sidebar, click "Add List"
2. Click "User List Template" to download a pre-formatted spreadsheet for adding iFOLIO users.
3. Fill out the spreadsheet with your users' information, and upload it by clicking the "Upload" button.
4. Click Save to create the new users.
Step 2: Onboarding via Email or Text Message
1. In the users list, click the checkmark next to the user(s) you want to onboard.
2. With your desired users selected, click "Send Invite" in the left sidebar. Choose if you'd like to send via Email or SMS (Text Message)
3. A confirmation window will appear, click "Ok" to send the invites via your selected onboarding method. Invites will be sent to each user's email or phone number on record.
Users will receive a welcome email or text message with instructions for registering their user account and logging into the iFOLIO cloud platform.
Once logged in, they will receive a first-time user experience, which will guide them through using the iFOLIO platform.
Use Analytics to Track User's Activity
Open the analytics dashboard in the iFOLIO Admin Panel and navigate to the Leaderboard tab to see which users are gaining the most traction from their iFOLIO pages.
Users can view a variety of comprehensive analytics for iFOLIOs and Campaigns that they send.
