Create iFOLIO Templates to Reduce Workload & Increase Productivity Across Teams

iFOLIO Templates enable managers to create customized sales & marketing pages, push them to users, and lock/unlock content editing with flexible permissions. Create an iFOLIO template in a few simple steps.

1. Build an iFOLIO & make it into a Template

2. Create a New Template from the Templates page 

3. Push to Users Individually

4. Enable or Disable Permissions for Editing Blocks

Creating a New Template

Method 1: Create from an iFOLIO

• Create a new iFOLIO in your user account and build out the page you would like to use as a template.
• From the Admin Panel, click on your user icon & click 'iFOLIOs' from the left side.
• Click the 'Template' button next to the name of the iFOLIO you want to make into a template.
• Now you can find and edit the template in the templates menu. This allows you to push the page to other users and selectively lock content editing.

Method 2: Create from Templates Page

• Open the Admin panel and click the 'Templates' tab.
• Click the 'Create New' button in the upper right corner, then select a template from the menu to provide the starting point for your new template.
• Modify the new template as desired and name it in the top left corner.
• You'll now see your new template in the templates gallery. Here you can edit, duplicate, or change permissions for this template.

Pushing Templates to Users

• From the Admin Panel, select the icon of the user whom you'd like to add your new template.
• Click 'iFOLIOs' from the left side panel and select your template from the dropdown list at the bottom of the pop-up window.
• Click 'Create' to create an iFOLIO from the template in their user account.

Renaming Templates

• From the Admin Panel, click the 'Templates' tab at the top to open your account templates.
• Each template's name is above it's thumbnail preview. Type in this field to rename a template.

Duplicating Templates

• Below the Template thumbnail, click the 'Duplicate' button to create a copy of that template.
• Rename the copy to distinguish it from the original template.

Re-Arranging Templates

• The order of templates in the templates tab & in user accounts can be modified by re-arranging templates.
• Click and Drag the move icon in the top left corner of a template's preview thumbnail to change the order in which it appears.

Deleting Templates

• Click the 'Delete' button underneath a template's thumbnail to delete that template. A confirmation message will appear to confirm the deletion.
• Be careful when deleting templates. Once deleted, templates cannot be restored and you cannot undo template deletion after confirmation.

Pushing Templates to Sub-Accounts

• If your organization has sub-accounts, you can push a template from the parent account to all sub-accounts.
• Create a template from the parent account. Open the template in the parent account's admin panel.
• Click 'Permissions' in the upper right corner of the template you'd like to push to sub-accounts.
• In the open window, click 'Accounts' at the top, and select the sub-account(s) you'd like to add the template to.
• Users of the selected sub-accounts will now be able to create iFOLIOs from the chosen template.
