Founder & CEO

iFOLIO was founded by Jean Marie Richardson, a native Georgian, Georgia Tech alumna, and award-winning technology innovator.

Prior to founding iFOLIO in 2016, Jean Marie built an exceptional enterprise career leading product, customer acquisition, and P&L initiatives at Oracle, Microsoft, and MasterCard. After experiencing firsthand the critical efficiency enterprise teams lose across disconnected systems, she set out to build a unified solution.

Today, iFOLIO is a high-performance saas software powering millions of sites, emails, and text messages annually, connecting teams to expand reach and modernize communications.

A product pioneer, Jean Marie holds three U.S. patents for customer engagement analytics. Under her leadership, iFOLIO serves top-tier enterprise clients, maintains a debt-free balance sheet, and accelerates digital transformation and growth for organizations worldwide.
