LEADERSHIP

Jean Marie Richardson founded iFOLIO in Atlanta in 2016 after experiencing firsthand what enterprise teams lose when sales, marketing, and analytics live across five or six disconnected platforms. She set out to build something better, and did. Today, iFOLIO is a high-performance, All-in-One platform for digital marketing, personalized communications, sales enablement, and analytics, powering millions of live sites, emails, and text messages for enterprise clients across industries.
Under her leadership, iFOLIO has achieved 10X growth since 2016, secured three U.S. patents for customer engagement analytics, earned SOC 2 Type 2 certification, and built a platform with more than 330 SaaS capabilities. iFOLIO clients have generated 300% growth through personalized marketing, and the platform has powered over $4 billion in transactions and fundraising for organizations across the globe, including Northeastern University, University of Florida, the MCV Foundation, Clemson, and blue chip enterprises.
Richardson holds three U.S. patents for customer engagement analytics, US 10,996,933 B2 (2021), US 11,321,060 B2 (2022), and US 11,630,652 B2 (2023), a reflection of iFOLIO's commitment to innovation that is both proprietary and defensible.
Background
Before founding iFOLIO, Jean Marie built an exceptional enterprise career. At Oracle Corporation, she managed a mobile innovation initiative and spearheaded the acquisition of a mobile platform company, delivering 180 converted customers and $6 million in new sales. At MasterCard, she served as Vice President of Business-to-Business Commercial Acceptance, growing a B2B Supplier Enablement program to $1.2 billion in Gross Dollar Volume working with Citibank, BBVA, and global enterprises. That background, product, acquisition, and P&L leadership at three of the world's most recognizable technology and financial brands, is the foundation iFOLIO is built on.
