Chief Financial Officer
Hap Richardson is a 4th generation Atlantan, a Georgia Tech and Georgia State Law School graduate, and the Chief Financial Officer at iFOLIO.
Hap brings 15 years of operating experience to legal, finance, and human resource functions at iFOLIO.
Hap manages the law practice and business operations at HLR Law Firm, representing over 300 commercial and residential clients in Georgia. He delivers a Property Tax Class that is certified by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and the National Association of State Bar Accounting.
Hap graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelors in science, and Georgia State University for his law degree.
Prior, he graduated from Baylor High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee where he was a scholarship athlete for the Tennessee State Champion Tennis team.
He resides in Atlanta with his wife and 2 dogs, Harper Lee and Beaux, and enjoys ALTA tennis.
