Analytics give valuable insight into business performance, motivate team members, and enable future success.
Let’s dive into iFOLIO’s Patented Analytics Features and how they can help you maximize conversions and drive growth!
Connect, Engage, and Convert with iFOLIO
iFOLIO’s comprehensive analytics dashboard provides the most in-depth insight on every piece of content that you share. Connect with prospects and maximize views with personalized outreach, engage with hot prospects using patented heat map analytics, and improve conversion by analyzing audience actions. Using iFOLIO analytics, you can easily prioritize leads based on who is opening and engaging with your content.
iFOLIO analytics can be viewed by week, month, 6-month, 1-3 years, or filtered using a custom date-picker.
iFOLIO Analytics Features
iFOLIO offers in-depth analytics that help you understand viewer engagement, content effectiveness, customer journeys, campaign efficiency, and more with a variety of metrics tracked in real-time across users and iFOLIO pages. Here’s what you’ll find in the iFOLIO analytics dashboard.
Summary Statistics
Summary Statistics show an overview of all iFOLIO page analytics, including Opens, Page Views, Device Types, Number of Sessions, and Average Time on Page.
How Are Summary Statistics Useful?
Summary statistics help to gauge overall performance and enable better understanding of viewer engagement and content effectiveness by showing basic data such as page views, sessions, session time, and device types. Average session time is a good metric to indicate whether your content resonates with viewers, and total sessions and pageviews can tell you whether users are opening your iFOLIOs just once or coming back multiple times because they’re interested in the content.
Leaderboard
Leaderboard statistics allow you to compare Users, Accounts, and iFOLIOs to see top-performers. Sort by Page Views, Sessions, Time on Page, and Users/New Users to see who or what is gaining the most traction.
How is the Leaderboard Useful?
Leaderboard analytics are a great tool for managers to measure outreach and results, ensure goals are being met, coach, and motivate team members to reach the top of the rankings. Users at the top of the leaderboard can share their keys to success, and you can monitor top-performing iFOLIOs to know what content is resonating and what characteristics can be replicated to help other pages perform as well.
Shared Stats
Shared Statistics list iFOLIOs, Users, and Accounts by number of shares. You can sort by Share Count, Visits, Email Open %, and Click-Through-Link %
How are Shared Stats Useful?
Shared stats give an overview of what content is being shared via iFOLIO as well as who is sharing that content. Now you can also see which iFOLIOs are “hot” with icons next to iFOLIOs gaining frequent visits. Click Through Link percentage shows the percentage of visitors who are actively engaging with your content.
Shared Stats can also be accessed for individual campaigns in the campaign analytics dashboard - but more on that later.
Also in the Main Analytics Dashboard:
Block Views
Track the number of viewers on individual blocks of content and time spent on those blocks. Block view statistics help to identify areas of interest from viewers and use that information to optimize iFOLIO pages.
Video Views
See how many times videos in your iFOLIO pages have been viewed, where they are linked from, and number of iFOLIO Sources. Video views can be an indicator of engagement, how many viewers are actually taking the time to watch the video content inside your iFOLIOs?
Clicks on Links
Clicks on Links shows you which Links and Buttons have gotten the most clicks in your iFOLIOs. See what page is linked, the label of the button, and the number of iFOLIO sources for that link. Clicks-on-Links can help you to identify quality leads and promising prospects as well as indicating which Call To Actions are most effective.
Geography
See where your page viewers are from! Take a look at the color coded map and see how many visits come from specific states or countries.
Campaign Analytics
Campaign Analytics compile data from individual campaigns sends rather than in aggregate from iFOLIOs in an account. Measuring individual campaign performance makes it easier to adjust, recalibrate, and improve on future campaigns as well as providing insight into customer journeys thanks to campaign contact lists.
Campaign Analytics: Email & Text
View Summary Analytics for Email and/or Text Messages including Sends, Bounces, Email Opens & Open %, iFOLIO Opens and Open %, Click-Throughs & Click Through Rate, and Clicks on Links. For campaigns with both text and email sends, you can also see total stats in combination.
How is it useful?
Being able to see general stats about deliverability and engagement for your campaigns helps to visualize performance and effectiveness. You can tell whether your campaign is being delivered as intended, as well as a general idea of how many recipients are engaging with the content.
Campaign Shared Stats
Shared Stats for campaigns show you statistics for each contact on the campaign list. You can see Names, Contact Information, Delivery Status, Send Time, Visits, and Visit Duration for each individual prospect that the campaign was sent to.
How is this Useful?
Access to this individual data helps you optimize your follow-up process by prioritizing “hot” prospects who are engaging with the content and may be ready for a follow-up. You can see individual prospects and their information and click on the most promising prospects right from the analytics screen to easily follow up with a visual text or email.
If you want to find a specific contact and see how they've engaged with the campaign, you can search for them by Name, Email, Title, or Company right from the shared stats chart.
Heat Maps
iFOLIO’s Triple-Patented Heat Map analytics help to visualize data and provide valuable insight into prospect behaviors by measuring viewer engagement with content on a block-by-block basis. Heat maps can be viewed in aggregate by campaign or by individual contact.
How are Heat Maps Useful?
Heat maps can be extremely useful for gaining a better understanding of customer journeys and optimizing outreach and follow-up communications with quality prospects. Using the shared stats dashboard in campaign analytics, you can see which contacts have visited the iFOLIO page and how long their visit lasted. When you find contacts who visited the page for a significant duration, you can click on the visit to view an individual heatmap for that contact. By understanding what parts of the page an individual viewer spent the most time viewing, you can better understand where they are in the customer journey. By better understanding a prospects behavior, you’ll be better able to follow-up with them with an effective message at an optimal time, leading to more conversions.
