Setting Images for
Text Message & Email Visual Share
Boost your iFOLIO open rates by pre-setting text message & email preview images
With customized text message and email share images, user engagement and recognition increases while your brand gains credibility and visual cues.
1. Open the User Dashboard
2. Open the Share Settings > Share Graphics
3. Choose your graphics
4. Use shared stat analytics for follow-up with the hottest leads
Open the User Dashboard
To get here, click on your user icon in the top right corner and scroll down to the "Dashboard" option below your iFOLIO pages. Here you can view and edit your iFOLIOs, edit your contact information, set share settings, and view resources.
Open the Share Settings > Share Graphics
Click on the share settings tab from your user dashboard and select “Share Graphics.” Choose your desired combinations for email and text message images, banners, and avatars.
Choose your Graphics
Click the media icon to open the media library. Upload or select your desired images according to your specified email & text message image, banner, & avatar combination. Once set, click “Save.”
Recommended Graphic Sizes:
- Logo or Headshot: 500px by 500px
- Text Share Graphic: 550px by 700px
- Email Share Graphic: 1920px by 470px
The images you choose will be sent by default when you share an iFOLIO 1-to-1 or in a group via visual text message or visual email.
Use shared stat analytics for follow-up with the hottest leads
Once your Digital Presentation is sent, view the shared stats dashboard to understand who is engaging with your content for more insight-driven follow-ups. Use the Scroll Map to see which areas of your presentation are grabbing the most attention, overall & per viewer. View the duration of each user visit to your presentation so you don’t miss an opportunity.
