Shared Stats for Lead Generation
Use iFOLIO shared stats for follow-up with the hottest leads, boosting your digital presence
Sort by hot viewer engagement. View individual viewer analytics & heat maps of block-by-block interest. Click to follow up right from dashboard (visual email or text message). Download reports of viewers to prioritize for follow-up. Follow up with the right prospects at the right time and convert with more data intelligence.
1. Open analytics & navigate to shared stats
2. Select time range for viewing
3. Sort shared stats by name, send date, visits
4. Select visit duration to view interest heat map
5. Target hottest prospects & their specific interests in follow-ups
Open analytics & navigate to shared stats
Once you’ve published & shared your iFOLIO page, click on the analytics icon in the navigation bar & click “Shared Stats."
Select time range for viewing
Click on the date dropdown in the top right corner to select the desired date range of analytics. Choose from the past week, 2 weeks, month, 3 months, 6 months, year, 2 years, 3 years, or custom range. Click the calendar icon to select a custom range of dates. The chart below will populate with each individual you’ve shared your iFOLIO with during the selected date range.
Sort shared stats by name, send date, visits
You can view contacts by name, by share date, or by visit count. Click the arrow next to “Lead” to sort contacts alphabetically. Click the arrow next to “Sent” to sort chronologically by share date, and click the arrow next to “Visits” to sort by the number of times each contact visited your page. If a contact has visited the page multiple times, click the arrow next to the number of visits to view individual visit dates & view duration.
Select visit duration to view interest heat map
Click on the duration number in the rightmost column to view a heatmap of an individual’s visit. On this heatmap, the areas of hottest interest and longest view time are highlighted in red, and the areas of coldest interest and shortest view time are highlighted in blue. Use this as a guide for which sections of your iFOLIO are garnering the most interest and attention per contact.
Target hottest prospects & their specific interests in follow-ups
Prioritize follow-ups with the hottest leads by sorting contacts by visits, & target those contacts’ highest interests by using their heatmaps to determine what excites them most.
