with a Password
Define your viewer permissions with iFOLIO password protection
Know who exactly has permission to view your iFOLIO presentation. Gain confidence in protecting sensitive information and data in your presentations.
1. Publish your iFOLIO
2. In the publish window, select “Secure with password”
3. Click “Publish” after creating your password
4. Visitors will now need to enter this password to view your presentation
Publish your iFOLIO
Click the Publish button in the upper right corner. Upload a visual share graphic and update your Digital Presentation’s friendly link as desired.
In the publish window, select “Secure with password”
Below your friendly link, check the “Secure with Password” checkbox and choose any password to know exactly who can view your presentation.
Recommended Password Protection:
- 12+ characters in length
- Combination of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Avoid words found in the name of a person, character, product, or your organization
- Keep your password where you can refer back to it for access granting
Click “Publish” after creating your password
Visitors will now need to enter this password to view your presentation
Once your password is set, password entry will automatically be required to view the iFOLIO page, enabling secure delivery of sensitive information.
Use shared stat analytics for follow-up with the hottest leads
Once your password-protected presentation is sent, view the shared stats dashboard to understand who is engaging with your content for more insight-driven follow-ups. See who visited your link and the duration of each visit to your presentation by each user so you don’t miss an opportunity to engage with promising leads.
