Start with the Presentation Template
Click on your user profile in the top right corner & select "New iFOLIO." Using the iFOLIO System Templates, select the Presentation Template to get a head start on your design. The template has pre-made, customizable content that is ready for instant adjustments. Drag and drop blocks as you see fit, adding and deleting content when needed.

Customize images & colors with your organization’s branding
Use the media library to upload your branded content, and add your brand hex colors to your account for easy updating. Use images, videos, GIFs, animated charts, and embeds to tell your brand’s story and meet presentation goals. Easily add uploaded media to your presentation by clicking the 'add media' icon in any image space, selecting your image, video, or GIF from the library, and hitting save.
Publish & set share image
Once you've customized your Presentation to fit your needs, click 'Publish' to edit the friendly link and publish your iFOLIO. Using the add media button in the image preview, upload an image for Visual Share previews to create visually compelling text message previews.
Share via text or email from desktop or mobile
Share your Digital Presentation 1-to-1 or with a group. Click the share icon in the upper right corner (3 dots connected with lines) to open the iFOLIO Share window. Enter your recipient(s) name & phone number/email. Customize your subject line, message, and signature per send, using name personalization to pique interest and engagement. Use the iFOLIO List template to upload your group share list efficiently.
To send en masse (over 100 recipients), use the Campaign Scheduler to send via email and/or text and customize your subject line, message, images, and signature. You can send your presentation on-demand or schedule a send in advance.
Use shared stat analytics for follow-up with the hottest leads
Once your presentation is sent, view the shared stats dashboard to understand who is engaging with your content for more insight-driven follow-ups. See who visited your link and the duration of each visit to your presentation by each user so you don’t miss an opportunity to engage with promising leads.
