Click on your user profile in the top right corner & select "New iFOLIO." Using the iFOLIO System Templates, select the Digital Business Card Template to get a head start on your design. The template has pre-made & customizable content, ready for instant adjustments. Drag and drop blocks as you see fit by clicking the Move icon (4 arrows pointing outwards) on the left side of the block bar, and add or delete content when needed using the plus button or the trash can icon.

headshot + professional information, brief bio, experience, goals, contact information

Use the media library to upload your branded content, and add your brand hex colors to your account for easy updating. Use images, videos, GIFs, animated charts, and embeds to tell your story! Easily add uploaded media into your iFOLIO by clicking the add media icon in any image space, selecting your image, video, or GIF from the library, and hitting save.

Once you've customized your Digital Business Card to fit your needs, click Publish to edit the friendly link and publish your iFOLIO. To create visually compelling text message previews, upload a Visual Share image by clicking the add image icon on the placeholder image in the publish menu.

Share your Digital Business Card 1-to-1 or with a group. Click the share icon in the upper right corner (3 dots connected with lines) to open the iFOLIO Share window. Enter your recipient(s) name & phone number/email. Customize your subject line, message, and signature per send, using name personalization to pique interest and engagement. Use the iFOLIO List template to efficiently upload your group share list.

Once your Digital Business Card is sent, view the shared stats dashboard to understand who's engaging with your content for more insight-driven follow-ups. View the duration of each visit to your DBC by user so you don’t miss an opportunity.
