Start with a design-ready template
Create a new iFOLIO and choose the Info, Event, or Site template depending on the desired structure of your digital magazine page. You can fully customize this template’s layout, structure, & branding.
Fill out content for your digital magazine using the Creative Editor
Use the iFOLIO Creative Editor to customize blocks, text, & multimedia for your magazine’s purpose.
Customize fonts & colors to suit your brand
Click any text box to add & modify text. Use the text bar to change fonts, text size, text color, add a link, or add a button. Change block background color, width, & layout using the block editor bar.
Add media to illustrate your magazine’s story
Click the media icon to open the Media Library. Upload media, GIFs, and link videos to add to your iFOLIO site. Use media that highlights and complements your magazine's purpose and digital storytelling.
Use engaging media layouts to grab attention
Choose from 50+ visually appealing block layouts to draw in viewers and enhance your digital storytelling. iFOLIO layouts are highly customizable and mobile adaptive. Adjust block appearance with background colors & background images, and utilize 5 different width options for each layout. Modify spacing with padding editors on every block, media, and text box.
Emphasize important visuals with full-span media in layouts 28 & 29, and overlay text on top of background images with layout 33.
Engage viewers with interactive layouts, such as flipping panes (layouts 21 & 22) or sliding galleries (layouts 4, 14, 15, 18, & 30).
Combine 4-panel media in layout 34 with 4-panel text + button in layout 35 for sleek visual comparisons.
Embed interactive experiences with HTML
Utilize iFOLIO’s HTML embed feature to embed interactive digital content such as Google Maps, survey & RSVP forms, Spotify playlists, social media feeds, Calendly, and more.

Publish & set a friendly link
Click “Publish” in the nav bar to publish your iFOLIO and optionally set a friendly URL. Enter your desired friendly URL slug in the text field, and click publish to make your website public. All updates you make in the Creative Editor will be saved automatically to the published page. To take your website offline, click unpublish.
Set landing page preview image & meta tags for optimal SEO performance
After publishing your iFOLIO page, click the “Meta Tags” button in the upper left corner to set meta keywords & the meta description. Click the “Publish” button & click the media icon to open the Media Library & set a preview image for your iFOLIO page when displayed on other websites.
View analytics to understand page performance
Once your landing page is live, view the analytics dashboard to understand how audiences engage with your content. View visits over time, average viewer duration, device types, geography, aggregate interest heat map, and more. Sort analytics by various durations or set custom dates to understand how your content is performing on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly level.
