Engaging Audiences with

Interactive Embeds

Embed interactive content directly on your iFOLIO page

Use iFOLIO's flexible, integrated platform to embed unique customer experiences that provide a one-stop page for users to seamlessly fill out forms, check Google Maps, watch videos, and much more!

1. Open the dashboard where the content you want to embed lives

2. Click share, and embed on website

3. Select iFOLIO text box & turn on HTML slider

4. Paste HTML code and Preview

Embedding Interactive Content

Embedding interactive content is an easy, 3-step process.

1. Open the content you want to embed
Some integration examples include Google Maps, Forms, Calendly, Spotify, Instagram, X (Twitter), ThingLink (floor plan maps), and many more!

2. Click share, and copy embed code
You can often find this option when clicking on the content's ellipses menu (three-dot icon). Search for an option to embed on a website, and copy the generated HTML code to the clipboard. See below for platform-specific instructions.

3. Turn any iFOLIO text box into an HTML embed
In your iFOLIO, select the text box into which you would like to insert the embed, and turn on the HTML switch in the text editor bar. Paste the embed code into the HTML box. After you paste the code, select Preview to activate the HTML and view the embedded content in your iFOLIO.

Instagram Post or Feed

Open the Instagram post or profile feed you'd like to embed on a desktop browser.
Click on the triple dot menu in the top right corner of the post or profile.
In the popup menu, click Embed, and click Copy embed code to copy the code to your clipboard.
In your iFOLIO, click the text box where you would like to insert your embed and click the HTML switch.
Paste the embed code into the HTML box, and click the Preview switch to view the embed.

Google Maps

Open Google Maps on a desktop browser and find the location you'd like to embed.
Click Share in the lefthand menu to open the Sharing menu.
In the Sharing menu, select Embed a map.
Click Copy HTML to copy the embed code to your clipboard.
In your iFOLIO, click the text box where you would like to insert your embed and click the HTML switch.
Paste the embed code into the HTML box, and click the Preview switch to view the embed.

Calendly Calendar

Open your Calendly Dashboard.
On your calendar, click Share, and Add to Website
Select Inline Embed.
Click Copy Code to copy the embed to your clipboard.
In your iFOLIO, click the text box where you would like to insert your embed and click the HTML switch.
Paste the embed code into the HTML box, and click the Preview switch to view the embed.

Google Forms/Other Form Software

Create your form using Google Forms (or a different form builder). Once you're done, click Send to open the share menu.
Click on the HTML Icon ( < > ) next to Send via, then click Copy in the bottom right corner to copy the HTML code for the form to your clipboard.
In your iFOLIO, click the text box where you would like to insert your embed and click the HTML switch.
Paste the embed code into the HTML box, and click the Preview switch to view the embed.

Spotify Playlist or Album

Open the Spotify playlist you'd like to embed on a desktop browser or in the desktop Spotify app.
Click on the triple dot menu in the top right corner of the playlist or album.
In the popup menu, click Share, and then Embed Playlist.
Click Copy in the bottom right corner to copy the embed code to your clipboard.
In your iFOLIO, click the text box where you would like to insert your embed and click the HTML switch.
Paste the embed code into the HTML box, and click the Preview switch to view the embed.
