One-Time Setup: Salesforce
1. Enable My Email to Salesforce
Set up “My Email to Salesforce” from your settings. Input your email address into “My Acceptable Email Addresses.” If this is unavailable, ensure your Salesforce administrator has enabled Email to Salesforce.
2. Configure Salesforce Email Settings
There are two ways to enter iFOLIO shares into Salesforce CRM. Select the option you’d like to use under Email Associations.
You can either send iFOLIO outreach to My Unresolved Items to be assigned later, or you can automatically assign a related Salesforce record. If you choose the latter, enable the option to send tasks to My Unresolved Items if no matching records are found.
Additionally, enable the following settings:
• Select “Always save email attachments”
• Select “Email me confirmation of association”
One-Time Setup: iFOLIO
1. Enter SF Email into iFOLIO Share
Open the share window in your iFOLIO page, and paste your Email to Salesforce address into the BCC field. This will be saved for future shares until you remove it.

2. Reference SF Opportunity from share (optional)
Enter the ID from the last portion of a Salesforce opportunity URL into the SF Opportunity ID field to automatically assign your iFOLIO share to that opportunity.
