Find Your Subscription Plan Details

How to Find Your iFOLIO Subscription Plan, Invoice & Receipt

After subscribing to iFOLIO (DBC, Student, or Athlete), you can access your subscription details, invoices, and receipts in two ways:

1. Find Details in Subscription Email Notification

2. View from User Dashboard

Option 1: Email Notification

After signing up for an iFOLIO subscription, you'll receive an email notification with your subscription details.

What's included in the email:

Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Option 2: User Dashboard

You can access your complete billing history anytime through your iFOLIO account:

Sign into iFOLIO
Click your profile icon in the upper right corner, and click "Dashboard" to open the User Dashboard
Select Billing
Scroll down to Receipt History

From here, you can:

Note: If you don't see your most recent invoice immediately after subscribing, wait 5 minutes and reload the page.
