Exceeds Event Goals with Personalized Invite

Increasing Event Attendee RSVPs & Average Engagement


NC State teamed up with iFOLIO to create a dynamic PURL campaign to invite donors to the Red & White Night philanthropy event. The university created a PURL event invite campaign providing logistics, RSVP opportunities, and even an embedded event Spotify playlist to get attendees excited. The email campaign's PURL feature provided personalization for each user, adding their name at the top of the page. With nearly 1000 responses, NC State closed the form as the event quickly reached full capacity.

Going Digital with Personalized Event Invites Helped Increase Results


NC State saw an average time engagement of 06:08 on the PURL email campaign with 7,159 views. The campaign resulted in 915 responses to RSVP for the Red & White Night event. Viewership was global, with the page opened in 46 states and 27 countries.
