To kick off giving week, iFOLIO powered a 5-day drip campaign for Henry Ford Community College, sent to faculty and staff. Henry Ford created a dynamic giving and personalized email campaign for donors to generate recurring payroll pledges and one-time donations. The campaign outlined the ways to give and included a recurring digital payment form and "Donate Today" button directing donors straight to their website giving page for quick and easy donations.
With over 1,100 sends on each campaign, Henry Ford saw an email open percentage of 61.1%, boosting campaign awareness and outcomes. Using a Frequently Asked Questions dropdown, Henry Ford was able to efficiently answer any donor questions, promoting visits to the college's Giving page.
