Our Key Accounts contract with us for technology and creative services. The Design team supports them in exceeding their goals with custom creative work, while also enabling them to self-serve through our platform with a Help Center, and training.  This role combines creative and strategic oversight with relationship management for our Key Accounts. This position will lean on iFOLIO processes and workflows including the Account Design On Boarding Playbook and Creative Playbook, and Daily Sync at 9am.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a design team to deliver high-quality design, digital marketing, and communications for Key Accounts.
2. Own creative strategy, project management, and client relationships — ensuring every deliverable meets iFOLIO's standards and clients' goals.
3. Manage iFOLIO's own account across annual deliverables including the website, newsletters, case studies, and more.
4. Direct and develop a creative team through daily collaboration, feedback, performance reviews, and coaching.
5. Hold the team accountable to brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards. Promote strong performers and address underperformance quickly.
6. Recruit and grow the team through full-time hires, contractors, and interns. 
7. Drive seamless project execution using iFOLIO's playbooks and workflows.
8. Deliver a weekly report in team meetings. Be available beyond standard hours when project deadlines require it.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably with digital marketing or video.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, UI/UX design, and digital storytelling.

• Proficiency in iFOLIO, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design/production tools.

• Experience managing creative teams and working cross-functionally with marketing and product stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

• Independent / self-starter / strong work ethic.
