ATLANTA, March 28, 2025 -- Years in the making, the sweeping, shining art installation Pathway of Progress: Celebrating Georgia Tech Women, located in the heart of campus near the John Lewis Student Center, officially opened on Saturday, March 8.

The structure contains nearly 3,000 mirrored tiles, each of which will one day tell the story of Tech alumnae, students, faculty, and staff who made a lasting impact — at the Institute, in their field, and in the world.

Richardson's tile highlights her as a pioneer in marketing cloud computing and web heatmap analytics. She's developed tech that helps people as well as built a team and a culture that prioritizes giving back.

Future Women At Georgia Tech
Richardson shared her wishes for future women of Georgia Tech. "My hope for future Tech Women is that they will build incredible creations, they will pioneer new solutions, and they will lead the world. I cannot wait to see a female CEO at the largest tech company in the world, a female President of the United States, and a female President at Georgia Tech."
