Open Manager Analytics
Open the iFOLIO Admin panel and click on “Analytics” in the navigation bar. You will see a summary of your account’s engagement across users & sub-accounts.
Track Your Team’s Outreach & Performance
Use Manager Analytics to track your team’s outreach and iFOLIO page engagement. See how your presentations, digital business cards, proposals, & more are performing overall and per team member.
Select time range for viewing
Click on the date dropdown in the top right corner to select the desired date range of analytics. Choose from the past week, 2 weeks, month, 3 months, 6 months, year, 2 years, or 3 years. Click the calendar icon to select a custom range of dates. Each Analytics dashboard will display data from the selected dates.
Manager Analytics Dashboards
Summary
The summary dashboard displays graphs with an overview of your account’s pageviews, engagement time, and device types across iFOLIOs, users, and sub-accounts. This view helps you understand your account’s overall performance during a specific period.
Leaderboard
The Leaderboard displays top-performing iFOLIOs sorted by page & by user. The graph at the top displays engagement levels for each user in your account, enabling easy comparisons of which users’ pages are performing best.
The table underneath the graph displays individual iFOLIO engagement, sorted by iFOLIO page or by user. View the highest-performing iFOLIO pages or iFOLIO users, including page views, average time on page, and sessions. Sort the table by any of these metrics for in-depth comparisons of iFOLIO page engagement. Use the “User” view to see the highest-performing users and see engagement from each team member’s outreach.
Shared Stats
Use the Shared Stats dashboard to see your team's outreach efforts and overall engagement results. View & sort by share count, page visits, open rates, engagement time, and share dates. Sort data per team member, per iFOLIO page, or per account.
Block Views
See which blocks are getting the most views across your account’s iFOLIOs. See block name, which iFOLIO page it’s in, total pageviews, and total view time across your selected time range.
Video Views
See how videos linked in your iFOLIOs are performing & how many views they’ve gotten from your iFOLIO page traffic.
Clicks on Links
Understand what actions your audience is taking on your iFOLIO pages with Clicks on Links. View which links across your iFOLIOs were clicked during the selected period, how many times they were clicked, the link’s label, and which iFOLIO each link is in.
Geography
See an interactive heat map of where in the US & the world people are viewing your iFOLIOs. See view counts by state, region, city & country, and what your top viewed regions are.
