In her third theme, she discusses the mindset of a champion, stating how this mindset “includes winning but also giving back."

Richardson emphasizes the importance of Georgia Tech as a starting point in her career, relating to first jobs and big ideas with the mentality of “we can do that” and "we can build a positive change."
