Start with a design-ready template

Create a new iFOLIO and choose the Info page template to demonstrate the process and analytics that showcase your company's update or product focus. You can fully customize this template’s layout, structure, & branding.

Fill out content for your press release using the Creative Editor

Use the iFOLIO Creative Editor to tailor blocks, text, and multimedia to convey the narrative of your press release effectively.

Suggested press release contents:

  • Headline: Bring attention to your PR topic, pulling in your target audience
    • Optional Subheadline if needed
  • City, State – Date: Location and date of the press release.
  • Opening Paragraph: Begin with a strong lead. Summarize the key news: Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How. This is your hook and should provide the essential details.
  • Body Paragraphs: Expand on the key points introduced in the opening. This is where you provide additional details, context, and background information. Include relevant statistics, quotes, or anecdotes to enhance the narrative. Use clear and concise language.
    • Incorporate relevant images, charts, or graphs to illustrate the press release topic.
  • Optional: Add any Relevant background information or quote a key person.
  • Call to Action: Let readers know what action you want them to take next. This could be visiting a website, attending an event, or contacting for more information.
  • Your Organization: A brief description of the organization issuing the press release. This provides background information and context about the company or group.

Customize fonts & colors to suit your brand
Click any text box to add & modify text. Use the text bar to change fonts, text size, text color, add a link, or add a button. Change block background color, width, & layout using the block editor bar.

Add media to illustrate your press release topic or updates
Click the media icon to open the Media Library. Upload media, GIFs, & link videos to add to your press release. Use media that highlights & complements the release.

Set press release preview image & met tags for optimal SEO performance

Click the “Meta Tags” button in the upper left corner to set meta keywords & the meta description. Click the “Publish” button & click the media icon to open the Media Library & set a preview image for your PR when displayed on other websites.

Publish & set a friendly link

Click “Publish” in the nav bar to publish your iFOLIO and optionally set a friendly URL. Enter your desired friendly URL slug in the text field, and click publish to make your press release public. All updates you make in the Creative Editor will be saved automatically to the published page. To take your page offline, click unpublish.

View analytics to understand page performance

Once your press release is live, view the analytics dashboard to understand how audiences engage with your content. View visits over time, average viewer duration, device types, geography, aggregate interest heat map, and more. Sort analytics by various durations or set custom dates to understand how your content is performing on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly level.
