Campaign Step 1: Select Your Email Template from below the Campaign Library
In the Admin Dashboard, click the Campaigns tab in the top nav bar to open the Campaign Scheduler. Scroll below your iFOLIO campaign templates to view ready-to-edit visual email templates. Click the slider arrows to navigate & click the thumbnail of your desired template. Once you select your template, name your Campaign for organizational purposes using the Campaign Name field above.
Select a Date and Time to Send Your Campaign
Use the Calendar widget to select the date you would like your campaign to be sent, or select "Schedule Now" to send immediately after you finish creating your Campaign and hit "Send" in Step 3.
Click the "Time" field and use the drop-down menu to select a time for sending your campaign. Make sure to select AM or PM accordingly. Click “Next Step” when your desired send time is set.
Advanced Email Step 2: Customize Campaign Delivery
Select Link Option
Under “Link Options”, select your desired link type for the iFOLIO page chosen in Step 1.
• 'Shortlink' will use a tracked short link with aggregate analytics and individual analytics for each campaign recipient.
• 'Shortlink Untracked' will insert a shortlink and track aggregate analytics, but will not track analytics for individual recipients.
• 'No Link' will not insert a link. Use this option to send text-only or email-only campaigns without an attached iFOLIO page.

Customize Email
- Select your email's background color and choose between flush and padded margins
Select a block within the email preview on the right to add to or edit it's content
Customize Blocks
- Select the block options dropdown to add a divider, button, social channel, text box, or image
- Rearrange blocks using the four-arrow icon to the left of the dropdown
- Add links to images, buttons, and text content by pasting your URL

Get a head-start on your design with drag-and-drop layouts that show your content the way you like!
Customize Backgrounds
Use the color picker to change background colors, both at the email and individual block level.
Add Text and Media Content
Use the text editor for text content or use the visual email media library to add custom media that makes your email campaign pop!
Your Options Are Limitless
Test By Sending To Yourself
Above the email preview, look for the “Test to yourself” field. Enter your email address and hit "Send" to send a test Advanced Visual Email to yourself to confirm your email delivery visuals.
(Optional) Once you’ve finished customizing your campaign email, select "Update Template" to save your changes to the email template or "Save New Template" to create a new template based on your current designs.
Click on “Next Step” to proceed.
Visual Email Campaign Step 3: Upload Recipient List and Send
Upload Your Campaign List
Download the Campaign List Template, upload your formatted list, or select a previously saved list of contacts to send your campaign to.
Click “Download Template” to download a pre-formatted spreadsheet for your campaign send. Enter one recipient’s name & contact information per line.
Click “Upload List” to upload your formatted campaign spreadsheet. To use a previously uploaded spreadsheet, click “Use Saved List” and select an option from the list.
Set Desired Delivery Window (Optional with Text Message)
If you scheduled your campaign in advance on Step 1, select a window of time for your campaign to be delivered. The iFOLIO Platform will stagger the campaign sends within this time window.
If you selected “Schedule Now” in Step 1, the campaign will be sent immediately after you finish configuring your campaign.
Send / Schedule Your Campaign
When you're ready to schedule your campaign, click the "Schedule" Button. If you selected a time in advance in Step 1, your campaign will be automatically sent at that time. If you selected “Schedule Now” in Step 1, your campaign will be sent immediately.
Click “Save Draft” to save your campaign details to edit or schedule later. Access your saved campaign drafts from the “Drafts” tab in the Campaign admin panel.
